The idea for different Functional Fitness events for different fitness levels, age groups and genders was born as a result of the willingness to bring together the Functional Fitness community in Berlin, but then it expanded.
Today WOD UP EUROPE events is a big fitness party where you can meet teams from all over Europe and explore the bigger meaning of the word community.

We want to celebrate everyone who would like to challenge themsleves and have fun at the ROOKIE SHOWDOWN!
Be one from at least 100 athletes who will join the ROOKIE SHOWDOWN crowd!

Blue Light Throwdown is a functional fitness event for
First Responders (including Police, Medical, Fire + Military Forces) and their friends.
Athletes will compete in Mixed or Same Gender Pairs. So grab a buddy and let's Honor our Heroes! (**ONLY 1 teammate must be a First Responder)
We welcome 100 Teams who will compete in Sport, Advanced or Elite Divisions
